Installation
1Place armature plate on crankcase
'112Apply OMC Screw Lockto threads of armature plate screwsInsert screws and torque to 27-44 inIbs(3-5 Nm)
3Connect wire to stop switch and ignition coil primary leads4If flywheel key has been removed, reassemble to crankshaft with outer edge parallel to crankshaft centerline5Clean the crankshaft and flywheel tapers with OMC Cleaning Solvent, PIN 390905, and let air dryThese surfaces must be clean and dry to allow proper locking of the tapersDo not permit solvent used to clean tapers to wash oil out of e01 WIC er 6Replace flywheel; See Installation of FlywheelBreaker Point Adjustment
