1Remove four screwsand separate float chamber from carburetor bodyRemove and discard float chamber gasket
Carefully, remove packing from carburetor to avoid damaging threads in carburetor body3Remove roll pinand remove fuel shut-off valve equipped)Remove O-rings Q)
2Remove low-speed packing nutthen remove needle valve

(if equipped)
4Remove fuel pump bladder by unscrewing fuel pump nipple 5Remove hinge float,floatvalve,andspring clipUnscrew valve seat and gasket 6Remove high-speed orifice plug 7Remove high-speed nozzle
