1Use 12 volt test light or voltmeter to test for the presence of battery voltage
2If equipped, switch the 1224 volt switch to 12 V3 Remove the steering housing cover4Turn the speed control switch to speed 11Note the onoff switch momentarily for each of the follOWing testsIf the propeller turns, replace the direction bulb or socket
