r:;;l r:;;l 27Thread the end cap into the cylinderUsing torque wrench installed 90 to the special tool, tighten the end cap to torque of 18-21 ftIbs(24-28 Nm)Tighten band nut securelyDo not lay the tilt cylinder on its side because oil will leak out of the band nutPlace the two nylon bushings back in the large hole at the base of the tilt cylinderPosition the tilt cylinder in the manifoldInstall both upper and lower hydraulic lines finger tightBe sure there is an O-ring on each end of the hydraulic linesTighten the fittings on the ends of the hydraulic lines to torque of 14-18 ftIbs(19-24 Nm)16839
