Driveshaft Servicing Some models are equipped with serviceable two-piece driveshaftIf the driveshaft is damaged or worn, service the driveshaft as follows:
f11 1To separate the upper driveshaft from the lower driveshaft,

compress the driveshaft and remove the roll pinReplace the damaged component
2To assemble the driveshaft, start the roll pin into one wall of the lower driveshaft
3Place the spring into the lower driveshaft

the upper driveshaft into the lower driveshaftCompress the spring and finish installing the roll pin:
