If adjustment is necessary, do not put pressure on inlet needle1sl 7With the carburetor body in its normal position, adjust tab on float hinge to obtain float drop dimension of 1fs in(22-28 mm)1sl 8Install intermediate fuel orifices using OMCOrifice Driver, PIN 317002Tighten securely9Apply OMC Locquic Primer and OMC Screw Lock to four float chamber screws10Install gasket, float chamber, and four screwsTorque screws in an "X" pattern to 24-36 inIbs(3-4 Nm)11Install the idle air bleed orifices in the carburetor12Install and securely tighten high speed fuel orifices 13Install O-rings on the float chamber drain plugsInstall and securely tighten drain plugs
