When assembling the fuel piston, always install new washer and stem in addition to other new parts requiredBe sure to lightly tighten stem with fingers; never with pliers
Isl Lubricate stem with Evinrude or Johnson Outboard Lubricant
and slide it into hole in center of intermediate housing
71 Install new washer on air motor piston screwThen, thread Isl
air motor piston onto stem with clockwise rotationPush poppet valve in (toward the stem) to hold the screw in place while turningTighten V4 turn past point of contactouter lip of fuel piston in its groove in intermediate housingoil piston with oil pump bore and install inlet housingInstall Torx screws and tighten '8 turn past point of contact?uter lip .of air motor piston in its groove in the intermediate housing_L_ _
