Intake Manifold Servicing, 20-30 Removal
1Follow steps listed in Carburetor Removal, this section
[!] 2Remove pin from end of throttle control rod 3Remove tie strap and disconnect oil recirculation hose 4Remove nuts and screws attaching intake manifold to powerheadRemove intake manifold and gasket
1al 5Remove flat head Phillips screw and carefully remove leaf
plate assembly and gasketInspection

them so that they may not seal properly or may break after the engine is returned to service
