3Carefully remove the oil supply hose from the VRO oil inlet fittingf714Install and secure 10 in(25 cm) length of V4 in(6,35 mm) I.Dclear vinyl hoseA few inches from the loose end, measure carefully and mark the hose every 12 in(12,7 mm) for inches (76 mm) 5Fill the hose with Evinrude or Johnson Outboard Lubricant and run the engine to eliminate air from the base of the hoseShut off the engine and add or eliminate oil until its level is even with the highest mark6Start the engine and monitor the pump cycles by using fuel pressure gauge or putting light finger pressure on the outlet hose At 800 RPM, the oil level in your hose should drop in(25,4 mm) in approximately pulses At full throttle, the oil level in your hose should drop in(25,4 mm) in approximately pulsesDR1438
