the crankshaft after the cover is seated7Install the 17 flywheel cover screws and tighten to 40-50 in.lbs(4,5-5,7 Nm)8Install the spark lever assembly on the throttle camshaftSecure the spark lever assembly with the retainer9Position the timing wheel on the crankshaftInstall the timing pointer and adjust it as described in Synchronization and linkage Adjustment, Section 1
