Installation '8l 1Install seal onto the intake manifoldDo not use sealer on the sealf91 2Remove old adhesive from threads ofthe leaf plate retaining screwsPrime the threads with OMC Locquic Primer and let dryApply OMC Nut Lock to threadsPosition the leaf plate assembly and install the screwsTighten the screws to torque of 25-35 inIbs(3-4 Nm)3Position the intake manifold onto the cylinder block Starboard intake manifoldalign and install upper throttle shaft Secure throttle shaft with retainer and screwsr.J2l 4Install the 11 intake manifold retaining screwsStarting with the center and expanding outward, torque all screws in stages to 40-50 inIbs(4,5-5,6 Nm) r:J3l
