[!] 1Verify that the spark lever screw is still loose121 2With the engine not running, move the spark lever and t=J throttle linkage rearward 1al 3Slowly move the spark lever forward until the roller just touches the spark cam
r:;J 4Hold the spark lever in position and slowly move the throttle linkage forward until the throttle cam just touches its roller5Carefully tighten the spark lever screw6To verify adjustment, move linkage rearward and then slowly forwardTimer base and carburetor linkage must begin to move at exactly the same time 7Install the timing wheel cover and the air silencer8Install the spark plugs and tighten them to torque of 18-20 ftIbs(24-27 Nm)9Install the throttle cable as described in Section 8
