Throttle Plate Synchronization
[!] 1Remove the air silencer assembly2Loosen the spark lever screw3Push the spark lever roller rearward
Verify that the throttle cam and cam roller are not touching
5Loosen the carburetor link screw
r;;J r:;] 6Using 96 inhex head wrench, loosen the two starboard and two port throttle shaft connector screws Do not remove the screw from the connector7Seat all throttle platesTighten all throttle shaft connector screwsIsl 8Carefully tighten the carburetor link screw while supporting EI the linkage in position9Leave the spark lever screw loose for the next adjustment
