9Place one spring guide in each impact relief valve spring 19l 10Place spring guide and spring assembly on each of the ballsPlace the remaining valve spring on the up relief valvef101 11Place the large washer over the springs with step side valve housingLightly coat the threads of the rod with OMC Nut Lockf111 12Install and tighten the nut to torque of 35-54 ftIbs(47-73 Nm)12 13Lubricate the inside of the cylinderSlide the piston and rod assembly into the cylinderDo not engage the threads of the cap14Oil and install the components of the filter valve14 15Torque the filter valve plug to 70-105 in Ibs(8-12 Nm)
