Disassemblythru To simplify reassembly and wiring installation, layout the various screws and clamps in the order of their proper location r,()l 1Use punch to remove lower crankshaft sealIf necessary, replace crankshaft to driveshaft sealr:J1l1121 Remove leaf valve assembly and intake manifoldDiscard the gaskets3Remove the thermostat cap and thermostat components from the cylinder head 4Remove the cylinder head and gasketDiscard the gasket5With an indelible ink marker, mark the top piston dome, "No1", and the bottom piston dome, "No.2"6Remove the exhaust cover screwsIf necessary, tap the exhaust cover edge with rawhide mallet7Remove the inner exhaust cover1131 8: Remove crankshaft retaining ring and bearing retaining ring
