Carburetor Adjustment
Using ball hex screwdriver, back out the throttle cam follower screw until follower does not touch the camIf necessary, advance the throttle to access the throttle cam screwReturn to the lowest throttle setting and verify the follower does not touch the cam
2To ensure the engine will start make the following initial adjustments: Turn the low speed needle in (clockwise) until it seats lightly; then back out (counterclockwise) 2112 turns Loosen the throttle cracking screwTurn the screw in turns after it contacts the throttle valve link3Install service tachometer and adjust it to the correct settingStart the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperaturer;;1 4With the engine running in forward gear at the lowest throttle setting, adjust the low speed needle until the highest consistent RPM is attainedAllow 15 seconds between each adjustment for the engine to respond
