Hydraulic Unit Servicing Removal 1Raise the motor and engage the trailering levers2Remove the blue and green wires from pump motor connector housing
[!] 3Remove the spring clip from the cylinder pin[3J 4Remove the cylinder pinfJl 5Remove one ofthe inlocknuts from the angle adjustment
rodRemove the rod from the stern brackets
6Remove the unit from the stern brackets far enough to remove the ground lead from the pump motor mounting screw
Disassembly Thoroughly clean unit before disassemblingScrub all outside surfaces with stiff bristle brush and hot soapy waterThis will prevent dirt particles or other foreign matter from entering the unit while you are working on it
