] 13Mark and remove the connecting rod caps and bearings14Lift the crankshaft out of the cylinder block, Replace the connecting rod caps on the rod capsOrient them exactly as they were before you removed themInstall the screws finger tight15Rotate the powerhead so that the cylinder head faces upRemove the cylinder head and gently push up on the connecting rods to remove No.1 and No.2 piston assembliesDo not allow the connecting rod to contact the cylinder wall or inside of the piston skirt during handling 16Remove upper crankshaft seal and upper main bearing from the crankshaft17The lower crankshaft bearing should be removed only for replacementr.J8l 18Inspect crankshaft seallsleeve assemblyIf necessary to replace, grind the sleeve, being careful not to damage the crankshaftr,gl 19Remove the piston rings using an appropriate ring expander201 20Using tool as drawn on Page 4-7, or OMCRetaining Ring Pliers PIN 325937, remove the wrist pin retaining ringsDiscard the rings21Remove the wrist pin using OMC Pressing PIN 333141 and OMC Piston Cradle PIN 326573Pin
