Instanation 1Place arl'T)ature plate on crankcase L!J screwsInsert screws and torque to 27-44 inIbs(3-5 Nm)
r:;l 2Apply OMC Screw Lock to the thread of armature plate
3Connect wire to stop switch and ignition coil primary leads4If flywheel key has been removed, reassemble to crankshaft with outer edge parallel to crankshaft centerline
5Clean the crankshaft and flywheel tapers with OMC Cleaning Solvent PIN 390905 and let air dryThese surfaces must be clean and dry to allow proper locking of the tapersDo not permit solvent used to clean tapers to wash oil out of oil rag6Replace flywheel, see Installation of Flywheel
