Carburetor Adjustment r;] 1Using ball hex screwdriver, back out the throttle cam

follower screw until follower does not touch the cam2To insure the engine will start make the following initial adjustments: Turn the low speed needle in (clockwise) until it seats lightly; then back out (counterclockwise) 212 turns Loosen the throttle cracking screw, turn the screw in turns after it contacts the throttle valve link3Start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperaturer;;l 4With the engine running in forward gear at the lowest throttle setting adjust the low speed needle until the highest consistent RPM is attainedAllow 15 seconds between each adjustment for the engine to respond
1sl 5After the final adjustment, turn the low speed needle turn a counterclockwise to prevent lean condition at idlef6l 6Adjust the throttle cracking screw to achieve approximately 675 RPM7Using OMC Ball Hex Driver, adjust the throttle cam follower screw until the follower contacts the cam and RPM begins to increaseThen back off the screw Va turn If engine RPM drops off as the cam follower is adjusted into the cam, the low speed needle is to leanRepeat Steps5Wide Open Throttle Stop
