Notel Before beginning assembly procedures, all gearcase components must be thoroughly cleaned and in serviceable condition Refer to leaning and Inspection, Page
After the gearcase has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected, install new pinion bearing in the gearcase as follows :

the following components of OMC Pinion Bearing Remover and Installer PI 391257 as shown Screw
-20 in Hex Head PIN 326584 Spacer in0.0Flat Washer
PIN 326582 Rod PIN 326575 Installer Y4-20 inHex Head Screw PIN 391260 Plate
