Cam Follower Pickup
1Snap the throttle link coupler shell off the throttle cam ballr:J2l 2While holding the cam follower against the throttle cam move the throttle cam until embossed mark on the cam aligns with center of the cam followerTighten the cam follower screw3Connect throttle shaft amplifier to the top carburetor shaft plater;;] 4While advancing the throttle cam, the embossed mark
on the cam should align with center ofthe cam follower as tip of the amplifier begins to moveThrottle Cam
1Verify the throttle arm is firmly against its idle stop
L!!l pressureRotate the cam follower and inspect the clearance
r;l 2Hold the coupler shell on the coupler ball with light
between the follower and the throttle camIf the cam follower does not touch the cam and the clearance between the cam and follower is less than 0.010 in(0,25 mm), the adjustment is correct
