1sl7Install pressure gauge and adapter "A" to check problems in the UP circuitTighten gauge and adapter lightly to 5-10 inIbs(0,6-1,2 Nm)Excessive torque might damage adapter or a-rings8Cycle hydraulic unit UP and DOWN several times and check fluid level before proceeding9With unit in trim-down stall position, begin running the unit UP The gauge should show between 0-200 PSI (0-1379 kPa) as the cylinders are extending The gauge should show between 1400-1600 PSI (9,65311,032 kPa) as the unit stalls The stall pressure reading must not drop by more than 200 PSI (1379 kPa) after the motor stops10If your test results vary from those in Step 9, problem in the UP circuit is indicated11Following Steps and 8, install pressure gauge and adapter "8" to check problems in the DOWN circuit12With unit in tilt-up stall position, begin running the unit DOWN The gauge should show between 0-200 PSI (0-1379 kPa) as the tilt cylinder is retracting The gauge should show approximately 800 PSI (5516 kPa) as the unit stalls The stall pressure reading must not drop by more than 200 PSI (1379 kPa) after the motor stops13If your test results vary from those in Step 12, problem in the DOWN circuit is indicated i and torque to 45-55 inIbs(5-6 Nm)Install retaining ring
