Propeller Shaft Bearing Housing Service r:;l 1Remove both seals using OMC Puller Bridge PIN 432127 LJ and OMC Large Puller Jaws PIN 432129Position the plate on top the housing to support the bridge, and tighten the jaws securely behind the 'lower sealInspect bearings in placeIf bearing is removed for any reason, it must be discardedf21 2Remove either bearing using OMCPulier Bridge PIN 432127 and OMC Large Puller Jaws PIN 432129Rest the puller plate on top the housing to support the bridge, and tighten the jaws securely behind the bearing3Clean the housing and bearings in solvent, and dry thoroughlyIf bearings were not replaced, rotate the needles with your fingers to check for freedom of movementInspect O-ring groove, and sand off any sharp edges that would cut O-ring and prevent its sealing 1
