the crankshaft after the cover is seated7Install the 17 flywheel cover screws and tighten to 40-50 inIbs(4,5-5,7 Nm)8Install the spark lever assembly on the throttle camshaftSecure the spark lever assembly with the retainer9Position the timing wheel on the crankshaftf161 10Remove old adhesive from the threads of the timing wheel screwPrime with OMC Locquic Primer and let dryApply OMC HT 400 to threadsInstall and tighten the screw to 120-140 inIbs(14-16 Nm)Anytime the flywheel cover has been removed, verify the timing pointer location and linkage adjustments
