[!] 1Verify that the spark lever screw is still loose2With the engine not running, move the spark lever and throttle linkage rearwardf31 3Sowly move the spark lever forward until the roller just touches the spark camr:;1 4Hold the spark lever in position and slowly move the throttle linkage forward until the throttle cam just touches its roller

5Carefully tighten the spark lever screw6To verify adjustment, move linkage rearward and then slowly forwardTimer base and carburetor linkage must begin to move at exactly the same time7Install the timing wheel cover and the air silencer8Install the spark plugs and tighten them to torque of 18-20 ftIbs(24-27 Nm)9Install the throttle cable as described in Section 8
