1Secure the mounting tube in vee-jaw vise or clamp in motor tube bracket
INotel Protect the tube from damage while securing 2Apply heat to threaded area to soften thread locking compound3 Allow steering housing to cool until it is warm to the touch Using strap wrenchloosen the steering housing and remove5 To assemble, apply OMC Nut Lock to the mounting tube threads
