1251 Remove both seals using OMC Puller Bridge PIN 432127 and OMC Large Puller Jaws PIN 432129 Position plate on top of housing to support bridge and tighten jaws securely behind lower seal1261 lNotelnspect ?earings in place If bearing is removed for any reason, It must be replaced7Remove either bearing using OMC Puller Bridge PIN 432127 and OMC Large Puller Jaws PIN 432129Rest puller plate on top of housing to support bridge and tighten jaws securely behind bearing8Clean housing and bearings in solvent and dry thoroughlyIf bearings were not replaced, rotate needles with your fingers to check for freedom of movementInspect O-ring groove and sand off any sharp edges that would cut O-ring and prevent its sealing1271 9To replace the large bearing, lightly coat the outside case with gearcase oilFace the lettered end of the bearing case toward the large diameter end of OMC Bearing Installer PIN 432401 and slide it onto toolPress bearing into housing until the tool seats12s1 10To replace the small bearing, lightly coat the outside case with gearcase oilPlace lettered end of bearing case on small diameter end of OMC Bearing Installer PIN 432401, then press bearing into housing until the tool seats13517
