Gearcase Servicing55WTL Removal

i twist and remove all spark plug leads

1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,

Rotate the propeller shaft and shift the gearcase into the REVERSE positionRemove the shift rod retaining screw Using os inthin wall socket, remove the screw and flat washer
4Scribe mark on the gearcase and trim tab so tab can be reinstalled in the same positionRemove the trim tab and gearcase retaining screw
Remove the four gearcase retaining screws with wash-
