b To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,
twist and remove spark plug lead
Remove drain fill plug from starboard side of gearcaseTurn motor over, starboard side downAllow lube to drain completelygearcase lubricantIf OMC Hi- Vis gearcase lubricant is not available, OMC Premium Blend gearcase lube can be used as an alternateFill slowly, allowing air to escape, until lubricant appears at holeReplace plug and tighten to torque of 60-84 inIbs (7-9 Nm)
f1l To refill, turn motor so drainfill hole is upFill with OMC Hi- Vis
