Gearcase Servicing9.9, 15 Removal
ill twist and remove all spark plug leads
1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,
2 Remove six screws attaching gearcase to exhaust housing
Separate gearcase and exhaust housing to expose the shift
t=J rod connectorRemove the upper connector screw
4 Remove gearcase and place in suitable holding fixtureDisassembly 1Remove propeller from gearcase
the oil level plug drain gearcase
and oil fili drain plug
