Assembly Lubricate the tilt tube and tiller handle components with OMC Triple -Guard grease Icl h1 1If any of the swivel bracket components were removed,
refer to the two reference pictures for correct reassembly
2Clean the threads of the four pilot shaft to steering bracket screws thoroughlyApply OMC Screw Lock to the threadsApply OMC Ultra Lock to top mating flange of the pilot shaftAssemble the pilot shaft to the steering bracket and tighten the screws to torque of 120-144 inIbs(14-16 Nm)
3Install the upper front mount to the steering bracket with E.J nut and washerTighten the nut to torque of 144- 168 in Ibs(16-19 Nm)Assemble the friction block and liner as shown in figure
