1Lubricate and place the two steering handle bushings in
EJ the steering bracket2Insert the stop button wires and the throttle cable through the grommet in the lower engine cover3Attach the steering handle to the steering bracket:The steering handle nut must have nylon patch for lockingReplace the nut if it has lost .its locking featureTighten the nut so the steering handle can be pivoted and maintain any position
