Using OMC Special V2 inBox Wrench PIN 322700, remove port and starboard powerhead retaining nuts with washers
r:J1113Remove the four screws retaining the powerhead to the exhaust housing112l14The powerhead now can be removedIt may be necessary to rock the powerhead sideways to break the gasket loose113115Remove the inner exhaust tube from the powerhead and discard the gasket 16Place the powerhead in suitable holding fixture and remove all carburetor,ignition and electrical components from the powerheadTo simplify reassembly and wiring installation, layout the various screws and clamps in order of their proper location
