Position the leaf plate with new gasket on crankcase Apply OMC Gel Seal I to the threads of the flat head Phillips head screw and install looselyAlign the leaf plate and gasket with crankcase and tighten screw securely
INotellnstall all intake manifold gaskets dry; use no sealer

Install the intake manifold using new gasket between manifold and leaf plateInstall throttle rod in pivot pin on throttle leverAlign the gasket with the manifold and install manifold screws and nutsTighten screws and nuts evenly and securelyInstall wire retainer CD in throttle rod Q)
