Installation

1Lubricate the tilt cylinder pin with OMC Triple-Guard greaseSupport the power trim unit in position and insert the tilt cylinder pin2Install the electrical cable through the stern brackets

3Insert the spring clip to the tilt cylinder pin
4Install the six bracket to manifold screwsApply OMC Nut Lock to threads of the new screwsTighten the screws to torque of 18-20 ftIbs (24-27 Nm)

5Install the angle adjusting rod in same location as removed
