Stator Resistance CheckAll Models !Note

I Disconnect
battery cables before proceeding with this

1Disconnect stator yellow and yellow gray leads from terminal board
2 Calibrate ohmmeter on low ohms scaleConnect one ohmmeter lead to stator yellow lead and the other ohmmeter lead to stator yellow gray lead
e Refer to chart below for the correct value for your engine
and stator combination
e Repair or replace stator if read ing is not correct ]
3 Disconnect both ohmmeter leads and calibrate ohmmeter
