1Clean the adapter and plate gasket surfacesPlace new gasket on the adapterPlace the plate on the adapter Install the screws and tighten to torque of 60-84 in Ibs(7-9 Nm)
E.J exhaust housingPlace the inner exhaust housing on the
adapter and platePosition the water tube to align it with the water pumpInstall the screws and tighten to torque of 6084 inIbs(7 -9 Nm)
2Slide the seal onto the water tube and install in the inner
3Clean the adapter and exhaust housing mating surfaces with OMC Cleaning SolventApply OMC Gel Seal I to the exhaust housing flangeAssemble the exhaust housing to the adapterInstall the screws and tighten to torque of 60-84 in Ibs(7 -9 N.m)4Place the lower mounts in the exhaust housing
