5Install the nut and washer, exhaust adapter to powerheadTorque the nut to 60-84 in Ibs(7 -9 Nm)
6Route and connect the overboard indicator hose7 Install the lower pan support screws and washers on the port and starboard bracketsTorque the screws to 60-84 in Ibs (7-9 Nm)8Install the forward lower cover Tighten the screws securely9Install the rear lower cover Loosely install the four front screws
10Install the two rear screws securely
Tighten all six screws
Secure the powerhead ground lead to the powerhead
