8Wrap the stop switch leads and throttle cable with the spiral wrap sleeve (if equipped)There must be 12 in (12,7 mm) clearance between the stop switch and inner handle while installing the spiral wrap sleever.J71 9Push the throttle cable pin through the end of the throttle cablef18l 10Lubricate end of the pin, guides, rollers, helix grooves and inner handle guide slot with OMC Moly LubePlace the guides over the roller pin and place the pin into slots of the inner handlePlace the rollers on ends of the roller pin11Assemble the helix halves on the handle and slide the grip over the helixBe sure the speed indicator is positioned with the speed range and not 1800 outSnap the grip into place9720
