f"inl 1Lubricate the tilt cylinder pin with OMC Triple-Guard greaseSupport the power trim unit in position and insert the tilt cylinder pin2Install the electrical cable through the stern brackets

Insert the spring clip to the tilt cylinder pin
threads of the new screwsTighten the screws to torque of 18-20 ftIbs(24-27 m)
ill Nut Lock to

4Install the bracket to manifold screwsApply OMC

5V4 modelsinstall the angle adjusting rod in same location as removed

6V6, V8 modelstighten the nuts on the two thrust rods to torque of 30-35 ftIbs(41-47 Nm)nuts to torque of 50-54 FTLBS (68-73 Nm), then back off one nut '4
