cUsing sharp screwdriver, pry the scraper out of the end capDiscard the scraperdPry the O-ring out of the end cap using flat toolOnce the scraper and O-ring have been removed from the end cap, the outside O-ring can be removedClean the cap thoroughlyDiscard the O-ringseOil and install new O-ring and scraper CD in the end capThe scraper is installed with the lip facing out and can easily be pressed in with your fingers or with large flat tool in the palm of your handfOil and install new O-ring Q) on the outside of the end capgUsing wire brush, clean all Locktite material from the threads on the tilt rodUsing OMC Tilt Cylinder Seal Protector PIN 326005, slide the end cap onto the rodhClean the threads on the rod with OMC Locquic PrimerSlide the piston onto the rodPlace new small O-ring over the threadsCOA2435
