Using either OMC Tilt Cylinder End Cap Remover 326485 or OMC Universal Spanner Wrench PIN 912084, and breaker bar, remove the tilt cylinder end capOnce the threads are completely disengaged, slide the tilt cylinder rod and piston out of the cylinder
r:J3l 9Inspect the bore of the tilt cylinder for excessive scoringReplace the tilt cylinder if excessive scoring is present10V4 modelsservice the piston and rod assembly:
