Disassembly

1Hold the idler pulley with Stevens Strap Wrench S-17 and remove the locknut
2Assemble these components from OMC Universal Puller Set PIN 378103 Body PI 307636 Screw PI 307637 Handle PI 307638 Screws PI 309492 Washers PIN 307640

3Install puller with body flat side upSeat shoulder screws completelyHold puller with its handle and tighten pressing screw until idler pulley releases 4Remove the idler housing pivot screws and adjustment rod and remove the idler housing
