f]l 7Apply OMC Adhesive Mto flat side of the impeller housing grommet Install the grommet, flat side down'al 8Lightly coat the liner with oilWith counterclockwise rotation, install the impeller into the liner with slot for impeller cam facing out'al 9Run thin bead of OMC Adhesive in the seal groove and then install the special shaped O-ring seal CD Installation 1Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to both sides of new impeller plate gasket Install the gasket and impeller plate

Igl 2Apply OMC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to flat area EJ of the driveshaftInstall the drive cam The sharp edge Q) of the cam is leading edge during driveshaft rotation Slide the water pump assembly down the driveshaftAlign impeller housing with the gearcase Rotate the driveshaft to engage the impeller cam with the impeller and slide water pump assembly down over impellerBe sure impeller cam does not fall out of position
