10Remove the lower mount assemblies as necessaryLubricate with soapy water and carefully pry at both ends
11Refer to Cleaning and Inspection, at the beginning of this sectionAssembly

1Lightly coat both sides of new gasket withOMC Gasket Sealing Compound and position the gasket and water plate

2Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to the retainingscrews and torque them to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
3Coat new cover gasket with OMC Gasket Sealing Compound4Place the gasket and cover on the water plate
