Exhaust Housing ServicingV6 Removal 1Remove powerhead as described in Section 42Remove gearcase as described in Section 6

3Remove four screws, lower mount to bracket
4Remove the steering arm ground lead and screw5Remove two screws, upper mount to steering arm6Remove the exhaust housing from the steering arm and lower mount bracketDisassembly 1Remove the two front and two rear screws, adapter to outer exhaust housingRemove the one nut at rear of adapter

2Loosen and remove the upper mount plate screws and remove the mount plate
