2Remove the lower mount bracket and keeperRemove the steering shaft and thrust washer3If required, pry out and remove the upper and lower swivel bracket sealsRemove the upper steering shaft bushing4If required, loosen and remove one tilt tube nutRemove the tilt tube and thrust washers
