Remove the plate springRemove spring from center of pulleyRemove the starter pawlRemove one wave washer and bushing
f17l 19 .a p.ry and remove the pulley retaining ringDiscard retaining ringf18l 20Remove one flat washer and one wave washer from the pulley21Remove the starter pulley22Place the housing right side up and tap on top of the housing with mallet to remove the recoil spring
