1Remove the pick-up assembly and inspect for clogged or contaminated filter Remove the four No25 TorX screws and remove the pick-up assembly from the reservoir Carefully remove the pick-up filter and flush with mild solvent to remove any contamination Install the filter, being careful not to move the pick-up assembly on its support rods

2With the pick-up assembly out of the reservoir, vacuum test the
system to check for air leaks Carefully remove the oil hose from pick-up assembly and from engine oil inlet fitting Use low pressure air to purge hose of oil Use cap holder, PIN 329661, hose
